In preparation for the upcoming Terry Fox Walk and other general activities within walking distance of the school, we require a field trip form to be completed for your child to participate. Please click the link below to access the field trip form. We ask that you complete and return the form to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, September 11. If you require a printed copied of the form, please contact the office for a copy to be sent home.
